Sword/Mace trainingFollow

Hey there.. forgive me for asking a silly question but can some1 point me in the right direction on where i can train to use swords and maces please.... is it a quest or do i get it from my rogue trainer itself... I've looked on many different forums trying to find out the info for myself but keep coming up empty handed
