Right now I have 686 armor penetration with only 23 haste. My guild is presently in SSC and TK, and there are honestly no real upgrades for me until Hyjal. With that said, should I look more for haste, or more armor penetration as I upgrade; what should take precedence? Thanks for the input.

armor pen first. it affects your instant attacks also, whereas haste only affects your white attacks. this is of even more importance at your level of content now where your yellow attacks should be making up 60% or so of your total damage output. however, if you were to switch to a 26/35 spec, then stat priority skews in favor of haste over attack power, as you are basically trying to emulate a rogue combat sword spec with death wish attached to it.
armor pen is great simply put, the scaling is just nuts. Haste is nice but I wouldn't bend over backwards for it. and dont go 25/36 for dps, the hit you would take from the missing Imp zerker stance just sucks. Just imo though
