Shadowstep BG BuildFollow

Well I finally hit 70. My short term goal is to grind honor in the BG to get some s2 swords when they become available for honor. I was always planning to respec to shadowstep to do this. I was going to steal Theo's build, but it looks like he has gone back to combat :(

Is this build OK for Shadowstep swords?

By the way, I have now done 60 BGs with only 3 wins. Does Alliance always do badly, or is it just my Battlegroup (Stormstrike)?

I'm speccing back to ShS in a few minutes for the weekend.

edit: there, specced to PvP. Something to note though, is that I use ES over Vile, since I play with a warrior or another rogue at all times in arena, so ES is more useful to me. If I was solo, I'd use a Vile version of my current build.
