couldnt really find out in the faq, so just wondering, in what order are rogue stats most important between AP, hit, crit, expertise, agi

Read more carefully, it's in there. Umm.... I think.
But for a PvE combat build I went with, in order: Hit > Agi > AP > Crit. Near to end-game expertise becomes a priority as you near the hit cap but is often secondary to Agi in most cases.
Basically you're better off gemming for Hit while you are balancing the other stats in gear choices. Or at least, that's how I've found it to be.
