how am i supposed to picklock the chest when i do a dam "Polly" comes and kicks my ***, can anyone tell me how im supposed to do this quest?
Read the quest description:
Bring the Southsea Treasure back to Wrenix the Wretched in Ratchet. Do not forget to get an E.C.A.C. and Thieves' Tools from Wrenix's Gizmotronic Apparatus. You will need both of these items to complete your mission.
Should you be attacked by any unusually hostile parrots, use your E.C.A.C.!

It continually astounds me how much help people ask for with regard to quests that practically hold your hand through the duration via the description and log info.
I remember about time I hit 35 I had stopped reading quest descriptions completely. I would just go get the quest, look up the title here on Alla and browse the comments for coords and tips. God knows how much "lore cotent" I passed up.
Of course, now I do the same thing, but I use Lightheaded instead of the interwebz.

I use wowhead. I keep it open on my second computer and just type in quest names (the ones that I don't remember; I remember pretty much every quest after reading the objectives), et voilá.
