Can't find succubus questFollow

I am a level 22 alliance warlock and I am in the slaughtered lamb and there is no quest for there to get the succubus. Is there something I need to do first before the quest pops up? I hate my voidwalker and never use it, would that somehow affect my ability to get the quest? Thanks

The Quest chain starts with Gakin's Summons in Ironforge. That leads to Devourer of Souls, and continues with Heartswood. It ends back at the Slaughtered Lamb, where you will have to defeat a succubus in the basement.
