well, i have been thinking. lateley, i am almost hit capped, i think about 175 with my boss trinkets, and over 1k self buffed dmg and my tooltip crit is liek 16.82%
i know that the suggested minimus for succy sac are 1k dmg 202 hit and 20% tooltip crit, but is it viable at all before that? here is my armory. my boss trikets are the scryers bloodgem and terrokar tablet of the vim.

Absolutely. Dont believe people when they say you CANT pull off destro before 1000/25%/202...Thats bs.
My damage was stuck at about 750 dps with 1020 shadow dmg, 13% crit, 140 hit. I switched to destro and instantly went up 100dps. It might be just that its easier for me to keep timing my spells when theirs only 1 spell and I play using a touchpad on a laptop most the time.
Still though, 850dps is 850dps.
Now Im at 177hit, 20% tooltip (Including desto talents), and 1070 spell damage and do 950-1000dps in Mag/Gruul.

thanks, i will try it out this week in kara. does anyoen else think i will do ok with the succy sac build?

You'll do fine...it won't be completely optimal but it's not like you're going to cripple yourself. Although my stats are similar to yours, but I'm hit capped with lower crit, and I can pull almost 900 dps in Kara with no shadowpriest or other warlock, over 1k easily in Gruul/Mag. (I'm affliction).
