Ok. I hit level 70 about a week ago. I was wondering what is the best armo that I could have. I play on a PVP server. So is there anyone that could help me decide?

Is this an abstract question as in "whats the best armor that I could possibly ever get" or a "what should I upgrade first?" If its the latter, posting your armory is your first step toward answers.
Head: Spellstrike Hood
Neck: Brooch of Heightened Potential
Shoulders: Duskhallow Mantle
Cloak: Baba's Cloak of Arcanistry or Cloak of the Betrayed
Chest: Spellfire Robe
Wrist: Crimson Bracers of Gloom or Arcanium Signet Bands
Hands: Spellfire Gloves
Waist: Spellfire Belt
Legs: Spellstrike Pants
Feet: Sigil-laced Boots or Extravagant Boots of malice
Rings: Band of Arcane Alacrity, Ryngo's Band of Ingenuity, Scintillating Coral Band (Pick 2)
Trinkets: Quagmiran's Eye, Xi'ri's Gift, Scryer's Bloodgem, Shiffar's Nexus-Horn (pick 2)
Weapon: Merciless Gladiator's Warstaff or Merciless Gladiator's Spellblade + PVE offhand
To me that seems like it would be a pretty good set to start Kara with.
Edit: This assumes you are fire spec and looking to do PVE content (dungeons and raids).
If you are looking to do battlegrounds/arenas you should start grinding all 4 battlegrounds and picking up any pieces of Vindicator's Gear you can. Season 4 will be starting soon, so the S1 pieces probably aren't worth getting right now. The Vind's pieces, especially the bracers, boots, and rings, are worth getting because the new Guardian pieces that will relace them have arena rating requirements you most likely will not be able to achieve unless you already have a full set of PVP gear.
You can also check with all of the reputation faction quartermasters and find pieces called "Evoker's Silk" which are blue quality PVP gear you can purchase for about 40g total. This will hold you over until Arena Season 4 starts and you can get the Season 2 gear for honor points.
