This will be probably my literal 100th time answering this type of question.

While Leveling;

Highest DPS in the Main Hand.

If they are the same DPS, Slowest in the Main Hand.

While being DPS in a raid/instance;

Highest Damage range in the Main Hand.

Highest DPS in the Main Hand.

Aiming for Slow/SLow in Main Hand AND Off Hand.

'Weakest' is difficult to discern what you mean from.

Weaker may be DPS, Damage Range, Proc rates, etc...

Not sure yet because nobody has answered my other thread yet, but I have heard in raids and instances that 2x slow weapons is nice for fury now due to the changes in Whirlwind. Don't quote me on that however. Otherwise, whichever weapon has the highest high-end dmg. is the one you want in your main hand.

Not only in raids and instances ... WW hits with both weapons even when you're questing and PvPing ... so yeah, slow/slow for that.

Bear in mind, however, when you're talking about 2 100dps weapons. the difference in overall damage that WW provides between a fast (1.5) weapon and slow (2.6) weapon is about 10dps ... it's more, yes, and if you're going after every conceivable increase, then it's an issue (ie, if you're adamant that upgrading your +6 strength gem to a +8 strength gem is necessary ;-> ... yeah, I'm one of them as well ... and I don't even raid ;->), and you should concentrate on a slow off hand... otherwise, whatever you can get your hands on should be cool.

Just stay away from daggers ... you're not a rogue ;-D
