Chastise still an interrupt?Follow

As of 2.4, Blizzard nerfed that aspect of Chastise such that it roots the target as opposed to incapacitating him. It has, however, been made into an instant cast spell.

Well, Nelf is not an option since I got both a druid and rogue, and tbh, I am not impressed by their racials - both the Nelf priest ones and the Nelf general for a priest.

I'm pretty much trying to decide between dwarf and draenei. Chastise being an interrupt would have favored the dwarf for PvP since they got stoneform as well, but with that being out of the question now, it seems that I will overall get more out of the draenei.

I even have a draenei at 21 already, but I just can't stand looking at this big guy wearing a freaking skirt anymore, the animations and emotes suck... Figured I'd re-roll NOW before putting up with it for another 59 levels.

Draenei females have the cutest laugh in the game and they aren't quite as massive... guess that's what it's gonna be.
