Retri in BTFollow

Hey,

I finally got allowed to raid as retri in my guild and we just entered BT.

My question is how much ap, crit etc I should have to do okay dmg in BT?

here is my armory http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Burning+Blade&n=Regnis and I've looked on the best retri paladin from my server (he has done illidan etc.) and its shows up that we're having the same "damage per second" ~325.3 even tho he has like 400ap more than me.

I hope some1 can answer my question :)
