I have looked for a link to the new badge daggers. They have 103 dps or something like that. But I can't find it. Are those the best daggers available to those of us who can't arena very well for the S3 or S4 daggers?

The badge daggers are the best you can get outside high-rated arena and raiding SWP.

theres now a badge vendor outside the isle portal in shatar.

Sure is.

I just didn't know the new one's name so searching Smith Hauutha (or however you spell it) will show you a list of all the new badge items.
