I am almost sure the answer is yes, but just want to be sure: Is the badge dagger, Scryer´s Focus, better than the Blade of Twisted visions? The only advantage in taking the blade is the 21 haste, but i´ll be losing damage, stamina and int
But the looks are so much better and everyone has the damn dagger!

Actually they are very close, as haste after you have enough spell damage scales just slightly better than plus dmg, 229dmg+21 haste would be about like a dagger having +250dmg or a little more to put it into +dps terms, dagger would have a little better stam and int stats. I personally am using the sword from zuljin until toc finally drops(if ever).
Currently I have around 1.1k damage unbuffed, dont remember the exact number as the armory is down.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother with the badge dagger if you already have the sword. I would roll on the sword if I had the dagger, though, as I'm a Haste *****. And as already mentioned, it's probably the second coolest looking caster sword in the game.
Take the sword if you can get it, but don't sweat it too much if it doesn't drop.
