Is there a macro for..Follow

We typically run with 3 or 4 shammies in our raid groups, including 2 resto. Groups are typically set up as most others, enhance in the melee group, ele with the casters, resto's with other healers. So when it comes time for the resto shammies to pop their blood lust, we move them into a group that would benefit from it more, they pop it, then get moved back.

This has always been done manually, one of the raid assistants will open up the raid screen and drag the players where they need to be, then drag them back.

Is there a macro that we can write that will do that for us? That would make things quite a bit easier, and even make it where we could twink groups for max benefit from bloodlust and back to normal group make ups.

You can make an add-on to swap groups, but I do not believe it is possible with a macro.
