Just rocking my new gear, I could be about 2350 healing if I regemmed but I went spellhaste, actually have a belt and trinket not in that armory that I use and while my overall +healing went down I have found I have taken a 5-7% lead in healing over the other pallies.

How the hell is your team rating that low? Christ, with that kinda gear I'd be pushing 2000. stop being a scrub.

Most Paladins don't wear much PvP gear in arenas, especially the smaller ones. They're still a pain in the *** to kill, and much easier to just lock down and kill the person they're supposed to be healing; most of the high-rated Paladins are in like 200 Resilience with a lot of T6, because it means the few heals they can get off through the CC/interrupt lockdown are effective.

... possibly. But only to bring bhodi down a notch. Still makes me sad panda.
5's are where it is at with Holy. Brought it up to 1670, looking for 1750 tomorrow afternoon. 1750 is definitely doable this week, 1800-1850 if we mesh a little bit more.
If we want to go 1800+ we need to lose the ret pally who happens to have pretty decent gear but he put a Run speed meta in helm when he has PoJ.
. Also didnt see a single Repetance, and he had to be told to cleanse which is bad.
Just hate being on a new server cause you dont know people and most guild mates are in already established teams. Oh well hopefully 600+ points this week.

My guilds resident (more or less) Paladin PvP'er, is a 1900 3v3. (Holy) his gear is good, but still a bit on the iffy side, he is not ready for 2.1k, but he could probably make it to 2k.
Had a Pally/War combo in old guild who were rocking a 2k rating deep into S3. Those guys were PvP monsters though.

Now that EU armory is back up i had a chance to look at the top arena holy pallies. every one i clicked on had all PvP gear so....
I only clicked on like the top 3 or 4 from each bracket, but still. T6 pallies are gonna be just too easy to kill.
Unless the people i clicked on are no talent win traders. who knows anymore.
