ok i just started playing and im a rogue and how come it only lets me equip daggers? i wanna use swords too?
Weapon masters in major cities train the necessary weapons.
Each weapon master lets you know which weapon master you need to go to to learn a certain skill.

level 9, well on the wow.com a lot say fist are good but i heard swords are best but i dont know what "weapon master" or whatever to talk to, to be able to equip them

Talk to a guard in any major city and look for 'weapon master'. Just like the other 9.99 million wow players have done.
