i dueled a rogue a min ago and i got my *** raped, of course i am only lvl 23 and rogue was probably twinked, but i still wonder at lvl 70 are rogues a threat? and regardless how do you deal with them?

If I can outlast the Cloak of Shadows, I usually don't have too much trouble with rogues(though I do have some).
Right now, you don't have many of the most powerful talents and abilities for dealing with rogues, so I wouldn't sweat it, but they will always remain a bit of a threat.
Well, Ice Block if they use Cloak of Shadows, let them waste it....
Frost nova, strafe, pop Icy Veins and a trinket, unleash on them. If they get close again, Cold Snap and another Frost Nova, followed by Icy Veins....
Make sure you have Ice Barrier up to negate some of their damage.
That and prayer helps.

If you can use your defencive CDs to outlast their offencive CDs and take as less dmg as possibe you should be OK. A bad rogue will try and blow everything right off the bat for max burst damage. Just IB though it and now he's a leather wearing warrior.
