FlourishFollow

To anyone who has seen the new WotLK talents/abilities, do you know if there is a CD on the new spell, Flourish? If not this ability could be absolutely amazing to cast on multiple friends taking aoe dmg, and is it instant cast? or waht is the cast time?

i'm excited, an AOE hot that isnt tranq or party limited is just what we needed.

Edit: and if you could, what are the specifics of this spell, Nourish..it sounds like itll be a lot like a lesser healing wave/flash of light. anyone know for sure?
