Oky...i start playing wow in summer and i have already picked myself a class and race: Undead Rogue...i chose this race because i red that its the best for PVP...well iam new in wow and was wondering if someone could give me sme advice how to lvl Fast with rogues and what spec should i use...and what spec is the best for PVP(arena)with rogue...

Not necessarily. If you do arenas, especially 2v2, human rogues are better (perception allows you to see the other rogue/druid easily).
Just a matter of preference. You can go horde (undead) or alliance (human) based on your preference. I'd personally go horde, because loosing most BGs is f.cking annoying.
