High guys,
I just got back into playing my shammy and am power leveling my leatherworkig. I am at the verge of speccing for it.

Is it worth going into dragonscale and be enhancement or should I just go Tribal and spec resto for end game.

There's nothing in the tribal spec that I would use as a resto shaman. If you go Dragonscale you get a nice set for both enhance and elemental.

I'm know expert on shamans or leatherworking, but elemental stuff (That I see on the wowwiki mini table) just has rouge looking gear and no str or int.

And dragon scale while lacking str and agi, has plenty of int, sta, crit, mp5, and AP.

Whats going to give the best gear I guess, like Dragonscale can be ok for Enc, but elemental is great for resto or ele?

Sorry, I mis-typed my last response. :D I meant if you go Dragonscale you get a set for enhancement and a set for elemental.

Basically my point was none of the sets in any of the leatherworking specs are that great for resto shaman, the tribal stuff is full of spirit and is geared towards the resto druids out there.
