As a tank:
I still have my taunt on a macro. You don't need to macro it anymore as its behavior was changed in 2.4, but I'm too lazy to change it. The idea of the macro is, if you're targeting an unfriendly, it casts Righteous Defense on the target of your target (the guy you want to taunt off of).
I use an identical macro for Blessing of Protection, so I dont have to change targets and I can just BoP the guy who's being attacked.
I have bubble on a macro that behaves exactly like the normal spell, except when you hit it again it cancels the bubble. Good for shaking debuffs without losing aggro.
I also use a macro for my focus. I'll change it for different fights, but it might involve fearing my focus target, exorcising it, judging it, healing it, whatever.
Otherwise I'm not much of a macroer -- I definitly would NEVER macro my Seals & Judgements to the "One Button" system.
