Help with graphic interfaceFollow

I'm a new lvl 70 rogue, so forgive me if I post something boring for you, but I need your help.

While I’m PvPing or just grinding, I find difficult to monitor the situation of combo points/energy/my and my target hp etc… looking at standard WoW portrait (those in the left high corner).
I’ve tried to read as many post as I could about graphic addons (UI) but when I’ve tried to install them I’ve found them too confusing or just not satisfying.
What I’d like is something very simple: just to see a small copy of my portrait and the portrait of my target (even similar to the standard ones, with the same information) that could be moved to my toon feet (one just on the left, the other just on the right, so that my line of sight remains free).
Is it possible ? Is there something easy I can use (or even better, something already done ?)
Thank you very much for your help.

Yeah, use Pitbull. It's a nicely customizable UI that will allow you to move stuff around. I have my icone at the bottom of my screen (in the middle) and my target at the top (middle).

Then you can add some useful stuff. I have for instance ArchHud to have better life/energy bars, etc...

Get EnergyWatch if you want to have a bar which you can move around showing the combo points and the energy ticks.

Ok, just to answer your question saying that it IS possible.

Check Theo's UI post. You won't want all the addons he links, but that's a good start. Just don't install them all. Start with pitbull, then add them one by one and keep/discard depending on if you like it.

This is the HUD I use. Renaitre DHUD2

Both your health/energy and targets health/mana/rage/energy as well as the combo points build up along the bars as well. No looking up or down for the combo points or health. That and I like the look of it.

You can also try Xperl unit frames for moving the character boxes around and such.

Thanks to everyone for their help !

Yesterday evening I tried pitbull (I had just an hour). It is really what I was looking for. It's almost perfect in PvE (just the combo points are too small to be seen, but that's not a problem).
But after some PvE I entered AB... I found my screen full of 15 player bars... I couldn’t see anything lol.
I was not able to turn these bar off, so I was beaten as soon as I left the starting point… :-)
The menu is really huge, does anyone know how to turn the bars off ??
Thanks again

You can either
a) Disable the raid frame
b) Select the option to display raids as a 5-man party.

Thanks again,
I'll try to fix it this evening. Hope to find these options in the waterfall of the pitbull menu lol.
