If I was doing this build, where would I start off putting my talents into? Would I immediately go into Enhancement? or start some where then hop into enhancement?

Hi. Here's a couple of suggestions. If you're going Enhance route, you left out two of the most important talents an Enhance Shammy can have!

First off, get those points out of the Elemental tree (concussion). As an Enhance, the most you'll be using the lightning bolt for is for a mob pull. Your damage relies solely on getting up close and personal to the mob and weilding death to his face with big heavy/sharp things.

Now, personally, here's where I would drop them. As one of your mainstays in a group is your dropping of totems, get 2 points into the 'Improved Weapons Totems' on the Enhance tree. The Windfury totem may be the single biggest buff you can give to your party, its a massive potential increase in damage for all party members and can make all the difference in a boss fight. Without it, groups will look at you funny and talk behind your back.

Secondly, Drop a point into 'Totemic Mastery' on the Resto Tree. This increases the range of all your totems by an aditional 50%. Totemic Mastery combined with Tremor Totem can save some serious party *** (not to mention your own) when it comes to fear and stun effects.

For the last point, go buy yourself something nice. Personally I might drop it into 'Dodge' on the Enhance Tree. Sure, Its only a 1% bonus, but if your in a mobs face, that 1% doesn't hurt.

As per where to start, I'd fill the Enhance Tree immediately, trying to secure 'Thundering Strikes', 'Flurry' and 'Elemental Weapons' asap. This trio of talents (aside from dual wielding, which comes a bit later), combined with a Windfury buff on your weapon generates the majority of the massive hurt that Enhance Shammies can crank out (a 30% speed increase, 5% crit bonus, and 40% windfury bonus on top of the Windfury buff itself, its just like the old Batman shows - BAM! KAPOW! THWAP!)

FYI, if your interested, heres my Enhance build. Seems to work very well:

What are you using the build for? PvP or PvE?

Just an advice in future toons as well, you ALWAYS would want to fill your main tree first before filling in the rest. I mean, it doesn't mean you can't put points into other trees to get a certain talent before your main tree (i.e. Totemic Mastery), but usually the rule of thumb is that it's wise to fill your main tree first before your secondary ones.
