can u plz tell me whats the best build for PVP...

What do you want to do?
Resto is almost undeniably the best build right now for 2v2. Restokin is very viable for arenas and BGs. Feral is good support in 5v5 (from what I hear) if you have a warrior and a rogue to maximize Mangle, but generally regarded as weaker in other arenas. In BGs, a healer > a DPSer almost any day as long as your teammates are not idiots (which they very well may be).

I echo what the guy above me said.
Only thing to add is that normal moonkin is also viable in 5v5, and some 3v3 teams.

oky...resto...but does he do any dmg to...like high i mean...???

resto's don't do damage we survive and keep others alive so they may keep killing.
