In leveling my assasination rogue i picked up the Fleet Footed talent. I really don't notice a huge difference. Does anyone have any input on whether i should skip this talent in future respecs if i remain assasination?
Run next to somebody without a movement speed increase and you'll see the difference.
The majority of muti rogues take fleet footed, just like the majority of ShS rogues use a run speed meta for arenas.
It does make a difference. And it will make questing up to level 40 15% faster.

It's quite a large difference. To the point that I usually get minor run speed on all of my alt's boots.
if you plan at PVPing at all with muti then this talent is almost required. the run speed is very noticable when you your a half step away from someone who's running from you and trying to mut them.

In PvP, you take the talent for 10% snare resist.
