PvP Trinket QuestionFollow

I am in the process of saving up 30k honor to buy one of the battlemaster's trinkets, but I'm unsure which is best for arena. I'm not sure if spec/gear makes a difference, but I will be 17/44 arcane/frost and I have mostly vengeful/veteran gear with 411 resilience. Anyway, I've pretty much discounted Battlemaster's Depravity since the advantage received by critical strikes is largely mitigated with the high resilience present in competitive teams. So basically that leaves me choosing between either Battlemaster's Audacity (spell dmg) or Battlemaster's Alacrity (spell haste). I have heard good arguments for both, but none that really convince me one way or the other, and I would like to be sure I am making the correct choice considering the cost of the trinket. Any advice from experienced PvP mages is appreciated.

I've yet to get both. I havn't PvP'd in a while.
I do not know which is best dmg or haste for pvp.
But i would assume whichever you have stacked is the one to keep favoring. A large +dmg is key, and often overlooked in mage pvp. However, if you have over 200Haste while sporting around 300resil. I think you'd be one hot cookie.
*guestimating around 10%cast increase at that number*
You also have your GCD to think about.
I think Haste has great potential for Mage PvP if enough of it is stacked to show a difference. It's not like Raiding were a little will go a long ways.

*Like any Player vs Player game, having one strength and playing to it, will usually outplay having a bit of everything*

i would get the +damage-trinket.
if u are frost-mage u work mostly with instant casts and dont need spell-haste.
and for a noticable amount of gcd-reduction u have to stack up so much spell-haste, that other stats will suffer greatly.
