I have been drain-tanking extremely well, and now have UA!!! What will be faster for leveling: adding UA to my spellbook and continuing to drain-tank or should I respec and go for the Felguard?

I'd much rather solo/grind with my Voidwalker, as it seems to afford a lot more survivability and less down time. I would go for the extra shadow damage with UA.
Although I did respec to Demo as soon as I could get Felguard, just to try it out. It was fun for a while but until close to 60 I don't think the talents are available to justify it, but I could be wrong.

It really depends on your play style. Which do you like more?
Personally, if your gonna try felguard, I'd wait until 56, so he has all his abilities, and you can pick up supporting talents for the build. That's what I did, and while the 2 specs play totally differently, they are about the same as far as power goes. One is not really greater than the other. So in the end, it's up to you.

I enjoy drain-tanking, using my Imp as a mana battery. It rocks!!!
Depending on time, I'll either use:
Shadow Bolt, Siphon Life, Curse of Agony, Corruption, Life Tap, Drain Life
or
Immolate, Siphon Life, Curse of Agony, Corruption, Life Tap, Drain Life
or
Siphon Life, Curse of Agony, Corruption, Fear, Life Tap, Drain Life
But... now that I have UA, I'll start with that and add any of the above, with or without fearing the mob. I've considered using Curse of Exaustion after using UA and then fearing the mob when he gets close so as not to need to life tap and drain life and using this tactic on several mobs. What do you think?
