lvl 19 twink talents questionFollow

Could someone please tell me if it is better to go with spec i have which is
2/2 - improved sinister strike
3/5 - lightening reflexes
5/5 precision

or put the 5 points from precision into malice for 5% extra crit, just about every other twink i have come across has the points in malice, but i have 81% hit chance instead of 76% (for gnomes using base stats) but they have 5% higher crit chance.

Its all too confusing who has the advantage if i am 1on 1 with a rogue with 5/5 malice, does my hit chance make up for having lower crit chance?
