I was thinking of hanging at 39 for a little bit and doing some bg's. Was thinking feral dps in ab and wsg with some flag carring. Any must have talents and advice is appreciated. ty.
Any reason you for sure want to be feral? Not to dissuade you, but if you got a good warrior twink friend, being a resto twink would be deadly. Your heals would be uber-powerful, and healing is almost always better for your team than being a one-man army. A DD twink can slow the approach of your opponents; a healing twink can completely shift the tide.

A few choices had to be made. I could have gone with another point in Predatory Strikes, and then put points into Heart of the Wild. While this would have been good, the utility of taking Furor in the Resto tree instead cannot be overstated, especially when you'll be shifting a fair amount of time.
As for the rest, remember to enchant your stuff with the best; you can use pretty much anything since your armor should mostly be above level 35.
