Ok, so I've been researching almost daily about both builds while I'm at working doing nothing at all(<3 UPS Store). The thing I want to hear is the pros and cons from the more experienced players and what you guys think is better in certain situations. I personally want to go arena but I'm not sure if I'll be able to contend well enough in certain things.
So it boils down to this.... Which one is better for certain situations.

the largest problem with restokin in arena is the lack of feral charge. if you have moonkin form and NS, you cant get feral charge, and feral charge is arguably the most powerful pvp ability a druid has.
restokin find its niche in certain 5's combinations more than anywhere else, but the cookie cutter arena build tends to perform better in pretty much every other arena situation.
