3v3 halpFollow

So, I have recently started a 3v3, together with a rogue and a disci priest.

We tried hard to bring our rating up, but the farest we could go was to about under 1650, and then we droppred again like a stone.

I myself have s3 gloves, rest is all gladi gear. 413 resil and 830 something SD.
10.3k HP fully enchanted.

The priests armor consists of a mix between s1-s3, some PvE healing-mace. He is lacking quite some enchants, and has only around 1350 healing+ due to that, but gear is definately decent.

Our rogue is in a decent raiding guild, and his armor is mainly s2/s3, but since he fills some spots with PvE items he has got 390 resil 'only'. his offhand doesn't have mogoose on it, rest is fully enchanted.

We just cannot seem to manage to get over 1.6k rating constantly, and s4 items with their rating-requirements seem to really get out of my reach (x'ept for those without any requirements)

I have worked for my gear and I am honor-capped again, with 100 of each BG-marks, and now it annoys the crap out of me, that I will most likely never see s4 MH before WotLK comes out >.>.

I really need to know what kind of tactics I should use, since I just cannot believe that a bunch of decent geared ppl(x'ept for the things I listed), with decent setup cannot permanently make it over 1.6k rating, not to mention anything serious, without making serious mistakes.

2 healer+ warrior setup usually beat us with good gear, mirror matches ofc depend on who is faster with attacking the mage and who has better gear, and we seem to face freaking many teams in full s3 who have set themselves the task to get 2k rated in 3v3 asap, and ruin anyone elses rating -.- boomkin+ warr + healer proved hard for us too, since our healer seems to miraculously go down pretty fast with MS and the treehugger.

So most of the time we're crawling right under 1.6k rating, and thats pissing me off, since every time we wanna go over 1.6k we say: c'mon 2 more wins, we get one win, one loss, same run again Q.Q

anyone know what addon he is using that puts your opponets life bars in a seperate box?
