Apostrophes indicate a contraction. Enchants and gems are simply plural forms of enchant and gem. No need to add apostrophes to them.

That said, I'd go with agility & stamina, unless you're severely lacking resilience. Agility will give you crit, attack power and, uh, depending on your spec, more attack power. Stamina is just nice.

Resilience, though, is what makes and breaks a PvP character.

The resilience cap is 493 or something like that, isn't it? You can stack above it, but you won't get more damage mitigation as it stops at 25% or so.

As I understand it, there's not really a diminishing return for Resilience, so you can keep stacking it as high as you can. 200 Resilience Rating reduces crit chance by 5%, and crit damage by 10%, 400 Resilience Rating reduces crit chance by 10% and crit damage by 20%, so as you can see, each point is pretty much worth the same no matter how much you have.

That being said, I don't know if I would spend the extra money on Epic resilience gems, you should be okay with Rares, especially if your gear isn't that great.

Resilience cap

The damage reduction from a critical strike is capped at 25%, which equates to 492.5 resilience at level 70. However, there is currently no cap on DoT reduction or critical strike chance reduction.

For PvP you want ONLY resilience, stamina, and agility. Not necessarily in that order. Stack up more on whatever stat you need the most. They are all great for PvP though.

For the typical (and imo optimal) MM arena spec, you get 2.15 times the ap from a balanced nightseye than you would from a shifting nightseye. If i was to have a purely pvp set of gear (which i dont think will ever happen... /frown), I'd be gemming with Balanced Nightseyes and Steady Talasites... but im also a stm *****.

Attack power gems might yield more attack power per point, but agility also gives crit, dodge and armor. Didn't know Marksmanship was the preferred spec for the Arena, though. Figured The Beast Within was a must have.

Of course, I wouldn't know as I haven't taken my Hunter there yet.

11/41/9 is the cookie cutter Arena build at the moment (distributing the last 4 points over imp. win clip and entrapment depending on bracket and preference).

It is (quite obviously) a build designed for a drain team, also the only teams a hunter can play and be competitive.
(Hunter/Druid or Hunter Priest in 2v2, Hunter/Priest/Lock in 3v3 wouldnt know in 5v5)
