Need some advice Follow

im now a lvl 65 rogue almost to lvl 70 yay, and i was wondering if when im starting since i have no weapons would going Sub Daggers be any good till i can afford to either get S1 weapons or wait depending on when i hit 70 to get S2 weapons.

Becase i was under the impression that the faster your weapons go the faster you kill and or stulock the target am i wrong in this.

some guys called me a noob in my guild when i asked this question and i was just wondering if I am or not >=).

well is Mutilate a good build for some grinding every now and then and PvP n arena /BG becasue i tried it killing stuff and it sucks at my lvl lol.
