I don't think Hunters will be as upset about the change not going through as Druids would have been had it been implemented. Hunters got a couple of pretty good buffs in 2.4.2 already with the change to Growl mechanics and the increased mana regen from Aspect of the Viper.
Druids got jack.

Yeah - if that change made it live, i would have seriously questioned the devs reasoning capacity. As if hunters need another tool to kite us around. Add to that - it only really affects feral druids in PVP and to a lesser extent other hunters... what the heck were they thinking!?
