Spell HasteFollow

Right, so I need an off-hand to go with the dagger drop from Prince in Kara.

I have two choices:

Orb of the Soul Eater
Fetish of the Primal Gods

I like the shadow damage on the first one. I like it a lot. But the stats are better on the second one.

As I'm already over 9k HP and 8.5k mana, that matters less, however. What I'm interested in is whether the spell haste - and it would be the ONLY spell haste I have for a while - is worth it over the almost-20 extra +dam I get with the Orb.

Thoughts and advice please. :o)

(Oh, and the cost is 10 badges less for the Orb too!)

I'll work on haste when I have maxed the +hit and got damage to ~1500. Before that - ***** it.

As far as the orb goes, I'm still using it in BT, I had someone call me on that the other day, I told him to show me a better offhand before the Chronicle of Dark Secrets. I think he's still browsing Atlas Loot.

only if below the hit cap though. beyond the cap, fetish beats it (it also beats the chronicle one too.
I am a haste lock though.. I've got like 323 ( i think) in trash mob gear and 198 in boss gear, works a treat for dps increase :D
hopefully we'll down illidan for the first time tomorrow (35% wipe today and only beause we didn't realise how important it is to stand away from him in his demon form when he summons the little demons) and I'll hopefully get the staff :D

someone got up on the wrong side of a fat chick today, you're obviously new to the warlock forums, we always go beyond the original topic (tbh this is probably true for most forums... so hardly a reason to get angry). the progression was very natural:
bla bla bla about which is better, bla bla referance to it still being good in BT + little story about it and referance to possibile betters bla bla bla you get angry 'cos you woke up next to a fat chick. the end

Yeah well no way to get all excited, the icon is really nice since you can use up ilvl on spelldmg or haste.
Speaking of Illidan...man you´ve got to try Brutallus one day, the fight is so awesome. 6 minutes dpsing as hard as you can usually paired with drums of battle and Bloodlust.

Yeah so...I'll go with the Orb, ok?
