Ok, so I finally did my first Karazhan run two days ago, got some epics, but now I have a lack of mp5, currently 64 unbuffed. Comparing the stats, I have won +40 healing, about 1% crit and a little mana, and I lost 10 mp5, is this normal/a problem?

Your stats will bounce around a bit, just keep doing Kara, keep getting epics and it should bounce around a little bit back to where it should be.

The 1% crit is worth about 8 mp5 by many people's estimates, and it also provides more healing power too. In the short fights of Kara and Heroics, you would generally prefer crit to mp5 anyway. That said, if you were to jump into gruuls right now you would have 64 + 49 (imp wis) + 8 (food) + 14 (mana oil) = 133 mp5, which should be more than enough, if you want to splash out another 25 from the flask and you're laughing.

You can also put the +6 MP5 on your chest (cheap mats), and get some better gems (i.e. +9 heal/+2 MP5). Don't cheap out on your gems. Looks like you have mostly green (i.e. uncommon) gems. You really want to put blue (i.e. rare) ones in if you plan on keeping any of the gear.

The thing about Kara - it depends on your guildies. If they are good, then the fights are short (like Tinyknight said). If they aren't quite so good, then the fights get longer, and you'll want to stack a bit more MP5.

I see you've got your mace enchanted, which is good. As well as the chest enchant, you'll want to get the rest of your gear done at the same time. Most of the healing enchants are fairly cheap so as long you're doing a few daily quests, you shouldn't have a problem.

He would also need to raise his faction. The enchant takes revered with Sha'tar and he's only friendly. The enchants however are definately worth it and is what makes enchanting one of the best trade skills you can get.
