Weapon Options for us non-70sFollow

Most of the discussion over weapons usually involves raiding, but for those of us at the lower levels, there's not that much info other than "Get Verigan's Fist." I got the fist at 21, and I love it very much, but considering that I'm in my mid-30s and still using it, I need to figure something else out. What's a good option from here? I do mostly solo questing for exp since it's so fast now. I've put my current build and planned build over the next few levels at the bottom. I may put some time into getting the full Scarlet Crusade set, as I already have the belt, and I think that would last me until I upgrade to plate. I have seen a few of these questions pop up around various forums, and I know there's an unanswered question about the same thing in the FAQ.

Start running Scarlet Monestary, and get Bonebiter. To get this quest (assuming you are Alliance), you need to go to Desolace and kill approx Qty=38 (lvl 38) skeletons. Then, run SM Library, Armory, and Cathedral. Then....get your axe.

If you want a quick upgrade, go run RFK, and try to get Corpsemaker to drop. Not much of an upgrade, but you will overgear the instance and breeze through it. The drop is from the first boss, so it can be easily farmed (if you have a group willing to do that). The boss also drops a nice warrior helm, so you may be able to get a warrior to help you out.

Finally, if you have the key to the back entrance of Gnomeregan, go kill the boss. He drops Thermaplugg's Arm. Another nice 2H weapon.

Again, these are just some options. You can really do whatever you want. Weapons and gear can be quickly replaced as you level.

Oh, for a belt, get the RFK quest that gives you Stonefist Girdle. Much better belt than the scarlet one, and better than most plate belts for quite a while (probably last you up to lvl 50).
