Thanks for all the previous advice on CC, after lots of practice I now consider myself competent but still learning :)

The guild I am in is progressing nicely and we are handling both Kara and Gruul fairly easily and enjoyably.

1. I am always undecided on what blessing to go with, I often get told salvation is the best as it lowers threat but to be honest I use Omen and due to some gear limitations do not top the dps charts...yet, so I feel I would be better of with Blessing of Might. What do you think?

2. Also whilst on Prince the other day in Kara I noticed another BM Hunter was not using his pet, during this particular battle we wiped due to a healer dcing when Prince was at 2%. I questioned the Hunter as to why he was not using his pet and he stated that if it dies he can not use Bestial Wrath!! I hasten to say he did use it in all the other battles. Is there any validity or sense in his comment or was I right to persuade him otherwise?

3. I am spending my dailies gold on blue gems where possible as previously advised but can you advise on what is best for me +16 AP or +8 Agi?

4. The Ebon Netherscale armour, do I need to have leatherworking to wear it?

Nope, until ~T6 content Bleassing of Might is better than Kings.
A hunter usually does not need Salvation at all. We can feign death. However there are some fights (especially those with frequent aggro resets) where Salvation can help. Hydros comes to mind.


When you are into 25mans agi is better than AP. In Kara AP is usually slightly better. As you start to wander into 25mans, I'd gem new equip with agi, but I would not change AP gems to agi gems in your current gear (the difference between these two stats is to small, it would not justify the gold expense).
