I just started playing WoW after a long break where I didn't play much anyway. In a nutshell I am one of the newest and most inexperienced players there is right now.

That aside, when I did play before, I picked a Tauren Druid. At level 10 I remember getting Maul. However, this time (I am a Night Elf) I do not have it.

I get my spells and abilities from either the guy at Darnassus or Stormwind, but have never seen this skill available (or I really, really would have bought it).

Several guides indicate that it is a level 10 skill, and the link above confirms it. Where on Earth is it?
I understand that the guides may be slightly old, but could someone confirm if anything relating to this has been changed (such as the level to get it). I've not seen level two come along at the moment either. I doubt it's been removed, but I simply can't find it.

Have you completed your bear form quest? You can only train in feral skills like Maul after you've gotten the ability to shapeshift into a bear.
