Here's my armory
For the moment I'm only replacement in KARA because i don't have a lot of time. But when I'm in the group i manage to be in top 3 in damage.
In the next week I'll be able to find some time to raid with the guild. But we gonna move in harder raid like ssc et TK. Do i have the gear or i'm too weak to enter those place?

i usually check be.imba.hu to see an opinion on how my gear rates with regards to instances. Here is your character:

As you can see you are probably sort of ready to start SSC and TK but could use some upgrades to be able to advance much in them.

I am confused as to why you gemmed so many things with +stam gems, they aren't very useful for raiding, and in doing that you gave up being spellhit capped along with extra damage.
I would also try to get rid of those pieces of PvP gear, you could get the Spellstrike set and that would do a good job of increasing your spellhit and damage.
