My 55 hunter was mining ore in Shimmering Flats the other day and he ran into a basilisk named Ironeye. After a short fight the beasty dropped a nice sword called Blade of the Basilisk. I've tried selling it in the AH but it still has not sold and I'm thinking of giving it to my 33 rogue. I'm still learning about the rogue class and am currently duel wielding daggers. Is this sword a good rogue weapon or should I keep trying to sell it on the AH? Thanks, from an aspiring rogue.

It's a tanking sword, though you should be leveling with swords using a combat build on your rogue.
You can also go with a hemo build at that level, as most of leveling is questing and not grinding now.

I grind when I'm bored of questing. Whats a better offhand weapon for a combat rogue at level 14.... Goblin Screwdriver or Blackwater cutless. I'm human so maybe the sword since we have + in swords but yet the dagger is faster....
