Arcane build/spell rotation Q'sFollow

Okay, so my guild has been progressing nicely the last month or two, went from Kara to fully clearing Kara, Gruul's, and Mag within a week...we've now downed Void Reaver and Solarian, and are now looking to down Al'ar tomorrow. Great fun and everything, but I am a fire mage...been fire all through leveling, and rather set in my playstyle...so fire immunity sucks.

Basically looking for input on a decent arcane (or frost, if that would be better...but I have the spellfire set, which adds to arcane damage, so just figured that would be best) build and spell rotation.
