Almost End Game Gear Suggestions Follow

Hello everyone.

I have just begun to raid in kara and am having trouble reaching the hit cap. I am not sure which pieces of gear I should try for in order to raise it to the necessary level. I just dropped herbalism to get enchanting so ignore most of the current enchants (I used my pieces to lvl enchanting so not appropriate atm) and the gems I know are lacking (feel free to suggest).

I leveled in frost so I raid with a 0/0/61 build and seem to do all right dps. I would prefer to stay frost but if there are suggestions I am open to them. Please also include spell rotation with the build. I am looking for constructive suggestions and am greatful for any feedback. I apologize if all of this is repetitive but I have not been able to find a cohesive list of these items. Thank you very much in advance.

I raid frost as 9/52. just slightly tweaked from the 10/51. Arcane subtletly and clearcast are good. For loot get the new badge vendor gear. Other than that, this subject has been discussed much lately, scroll down and read what was already talked about.
