I have the vindicators neck, but am considering to try the sso pendant out (the aldor version).

According to maxdps, however, the vindicators neck is superior. But I dont trust maxdps that much tbh.

From calculations made on wowhead the aldor proc equals a static 40ap, making the total ap of the neck 104, which is much higher than the vindicator's one (even with a 20 ap gem in it). However u lose crit on the sso one.

How to u see those two necks comepared to eachother?

if you need crit, i would wear the vindicator neck. if you're good for crit and need to stack AP up to 3k raidbuffed, wear the SSO neck.

The Aldor SSO one is superior universally, actually. MaxDPS is absolutely awful with any kind of proc.

As noted, the tradeoff is essentially 34 AP vs. 9 Crit Rating. Use the Aldor one.

hm, i failed to take the 18 agi from the SSO neck into account. essentially you are only losing .5% crit, matching AP with Pendant of the Perilous and only losing a few AP to Vindicator's Pendant of Triumph. i see the effect definitely procs at least 1 PPM, i'm not sure if my math is right, but if you get a proc of 200 AP for 10 seconds and divide by 6, it averages out to 34 AP every minute like RP said.
