Err.....I'm not sure but I think the spammer is a keylogger. Went to the site he's posting and it's a bunch of **** in some asian language.

I hope you have protection (firefox/noscript) if not I'd be scanning like mad right about now.

leetler run your antivirus software. I got a huge explosion from my client security agent about an autodownloader and then shortly after a trojan.

(I clicked).

Well i'm on a mac so and chances are small that whatever delivery system/program he used was written for both macs and windows, but i already manually scanned for viruses/unauthorized programs.

Yay for mac! Keyloggers are the reason to let WoW remember your login-name (if you have only 1 account like me) because then, all they're logging is your password, which doesn't amount to much without an account name :)

Here's a trick I use to confuse potential key loggers. When logging on to WoW, I enter the last half of my password first, then I click at the start and enter the first part.

Fool-proof? No. But it adds another layer of security :)
