Primal Mooncloth for Resto Druids?Follow

#1 Apr 29 2008 at 11:01 AM Rating: Decent
Hi. I currently have a 70 resto druid that i've started playing on again after raiding a bit with my pala and lvling up my shammy (getting bored easily -.-).
This last week i've gone from around 1k healing to almost 1.3k healing (1kara run only and a few instances), a lot of this new healing comes from my primal mooncloth set which i've only been lacking the robe for a long time and finally decided to craft it.

I'm a pretty experienced healer (pala, druid & to a lesser extent shammy) so i've been topping the healing lists with ~10-20% over the healer on 2nd place even with this "crappy" gear imo...I just wonder how long does the primal mooncloth set last for a druid? considering the set bonus stacks pretty good with intensity. And on a side note, im hoping to get nightstaff of the everliving or lights justice to increas my healing even further, so saving my badge of justice to something else than the new weapon and off hand for a while. In that case what would you guys take, essence of the martyr or those leather healing wrists for badge of justice? or even save for legs or feet?
Asking since i dont really know if i got the patience to get a new +healing wrist from karazhan to drop. Post if you think any other badge loot might be worthwhile.

Thanks in advance.

Primal mooncloth will last quite a while for a resto druid and it would even more so before 2.4. Back when my resto druid was at that gear level the primal mooncloth set could last up until t5 or equivalent.

As for the badge gear the leather badge bracers are near the top of the pile for best resto druid bracers but the ones in kara aren't far enough behind to justify getting those first I don't think.

As for the essence of the martyr its pretty good but there are some better options unless you just have all the regen you need.

The pieces that I would look at getting is the cloth boots for badges the slippers of dutiful mending they are a near tie for best boots before the T6.

The badge ring is also a really good option its near the best and in my opinion the badge mace is definetely worth saving for its incredible.
