i've raided as bm for a long time, and for a change i've specced as surv for something new, and to help my guild, as we have no surv raider.
i'm not so sure whether my current gear is satifactory, or my talents..could some one help?
For my gear i've stacked agi, but i dont know whether my gear which has a lot of haste is ideal. Also i dont know whether to choose between sunfury or the new badge x-bow
As for rotations i'm using the standard 1:1.5
with a multishot thrown in

Unfortunately armory is down, so I cannot comment on your gear & stuff.
Your talents however look a bit weird for a raiding build.
As a SV hunter I would spec into Go for the Throat which basically gives your pet some free extra dps.
Also rapid killing is a nice talent as it gets you 1-2 free rapid fires every boss fight.
Speccing 4/5 master tactician I cannot understand. This talent is not very good. Either go the full way into SV and take 5/5 master tactician and readiness, or spec 5/5 improved aspect of the hawk instead (which I prefer, but that is due to playstyle I believe).
5/5 improved arcane shot I would not have taken. Yes, it allows for a better 3:2 rotation, but if you already have to much haste to have a solid 3:2 rotation and you want to squeeze a multi shot in there from time to time, you won't need 5/5 arcane shot (and can get rapid killing and go for the throat instead).

The only thing I would say about your gear is switch to the +crit scope. Your main job is to crit all day long on raid bosses.
As far as your talents, it depends on what level of progression you're on. With raid buffs, your crit should be so high you dont need master tactician.
If you are trapping a lot, I recommend trap mastery and resourcefulness.
I also suggest points in go for the throat and rapid killing. With all your crits your pet will always have focus increasing your dps. The part of rapid killing a lot of people overlook is the reduced CD of rapid fire. It pretty ensures two rapid fires in a boss fight, three if its a really long one.

As a SV hunter I would have chosen another belt (the SSC craftable Leather belt would be the perfect choice, gemmed with 2x 8 or 10 agi).
Regem your pants. Strength is not really an option there.
Throw away the abacus. That trinket is really crappy and there are a lot good alternatives.
All in all your gear looks ok. At what level of progression are you raiding currently? Your highest non craftable items are from Gruul/ZA if I am not mistaken. The craftable items however put your gear level to mid/end of SSC/TK.
