Another sad story, yesterday Shoulders of the Silvermoon Retainer dropped http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=34613;source=live , im thinking WOOT!!, everyone greeds, i need them and then a about 30secs later, the mage NEEDS it aswell, not only that we both rolled 64's and it went to him, im talking to GM's but hes being pretty uncooperative, i mean then he just D/Ed it after he got it didnt even give me a crystal, kept it for himself.
Is their this new thing where mages get more dodge from agility or something..

Still cant believe it though, i managed to get him to submit a ticket to a GM to, so now its been escalated.

Don't want to be sound negative, but you will be lucky to get it back.
I've done some research for you to help you out and the Guild Master of Disciples of Bloodshed is Truhawg, so have a talk with him about it. Guild Masters are generally pretty cool about this kind of stuff even with lower-level members (I once unintentionally got a Shadow Priest kicked from her guild after she ninja'd some tanking greens in Sunken Temple), so you should have no trouble getting something done about it.

I questioned him then his friend say "he is fury warrior in raid". WTF... Damn I ran so many times till it dropped and get ninja-ed, that is why I hate PUG..

Yeah, this is bad, but the mage can't even *wear* those shoulders. Man, I would be so irate. I've run heroic magister's a ton of times and those damn things still haven't dropped. I'm not sure what I'd do, but it would be something bad, very bad.
I saw shard drop twice. First one got ninja'd by a hunter... sorry for your loss with the shoudlers, not sure if you raid tk or not, but if you do I'd just go for the t5 ones. VR is a really easy boss.

Nope, just recently got into a raiding guild, so these are a HUGEupgrade from the level 61 shoulders with some hit i use.

Expertise is a very important tanking stat, and the same goes for DPS... So he will probably use it in both his roles. Can't really call him a ninja.
On the other hand, I know the feeling - I have done 11 runs so far and have not even seen the trinket. If it drops now and somebody else wins it I will probably bang my head against a wall or something.

I feel your pain. I ran BM 38 times for the Hourglass. Some of my drops (the Shard for instance) have been damn blind luck. But a few have been just f'ing horrible (anyone else run SLabs 30+ times for the damn pants?)
Now my hunter friend needs the Sonic Spear..... So it's Time For Fun!!!!! again!

I've never seen Latro's, Hourglass, or Abacus drop in all my BM and Mech runs on 4 different characters.
My rogue went into Kara using Core of Ar'kelos and Bladefist's Breadth. I got lucky and got him the Poison Vial on his first R&J kill and he's close to enough badges to get Bloodlust Brooch if I ever play him again.

WoW really? I must be EXTREMELY lucky then.. the drop rate is quite up there according to Atlas Loot though.

if i were you, i'd get upset i lost the roll also, but truth of the matter is that a fury warrior will have a very hard time getting a spot in a heroic mgt group... i would know, since i'm fury for raids and spec prot to farm badges, gear and to fill tanking gaps. whenever one of my guild's fury warriors asks to get a spot in a heroic mgt group, i say "i need rogue/mage/lock or hunter to cc the 3rd boss, not taking anyone else). i've tried taking the third boss on with just a rogue and mage for cc and a fury warrior in full s3 and wiped for an hour or so. so ya... he's well within his rights if he's really fury for raids, as there's no way in hell even i would take a fury warrior in there.
additionally, shard of contempt is also one of the best trinkets a fury warrior can get aside from berserker's call off zul'jin or madness of the betrayer in BT. i rolled against an enhancement shammy specced resto for the heroic and won it, where i had rolled against a rogue for it and lost before.
if the guy was main-specced prot and rolled against you for it though, that would not be cool at all...
my armory link, specced prot to tank kara but wearing my grinding/farming gear, tanking gear is all T5.5 quality except for shoulders and belt.
