Procs in bear formFollow

No. I am not that stupid. I know weapon procs don't work in bear form because you don't hit with your weapon. But I found this and was wondering if the same technicallity works for that too, although it says "on melee attack." Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere, but I didnt see it. (procs from armor i mean)

Edit2: It won't stay in bear form for me....Just click "buffs," check Bear form (first one I think), and then build stats (Right side of the page).
