Hello all. I just hit 70 a few days ago. I finished my leveling from 65 to 70 as a feral spec so my gear is a bit lacking. What instances can I run to get some decent to good healing gear? Thank you all for the help.
Get the Atlasloot addon. Lets you see what drops where and from who. I use it to map out what instances I want to hit, and gear I want on my way to 70.

You should probably just for the most part be farming up your honor in battlegrounds to get some of the season 1 gear its perfectly viable for karazhan in which you could get many of the other upgrades you would need.
If you completely hate pvp then checking atlas loot for your best upgrades would probably be the best option.
You should definetely try to run shaddow labs for the relic off the first boss you wont replace it and also the trinket off of the last boss in botanica wouldnt be a bad idea.

Agree that you can survive Kara to get all the raid gear you will need in S1 gear, but a few nice to have items are:
Windhawk bracers and belt if you are tribal LW to save honor
Idol of the Emerald Queen- SLabs, 1st boss
Cloak of Avian Feathers- Sethekk last boss
Scarab of infinite cycle- BM second boss
Lower city prayer book(s)- revered with lower city
Lvl 68-70 "of the prophet" green rings and necklaces are Very good with high +heal, +int, +spi don't be afraid to use them until you get upgrades.

The first boss in SLabs drops a nice idol. The last boss in Shat Halls drops a good healing mace. You can grind Lower City rep for the Prayerbook. PvP gear is not a bad choice when first venturing into Kara either.
